Color: Bright, clear ruby red.

Nose: A generous, refined aroma with upfront notes of dog rose and red fruits, currants, raspberries and wild blackberries mingling with the citrus hints of blood orange and tangerine zest. A distinctive and clearly defined waft of yellow pepper peel completes the bouquet, closing harmoniously on spicy pink pepper intertwining with the sweetness of cinnamon, cloves and liquorice root.

Palate: Thrusting and intuitive on the palate with refreshing waves of citrus, small wild berries and black cherries. Delightfully mouthfilling, close-knit tannic texture with top notes of dark spice, tobacco leaves and Criollo cocoa beans. A lingering finish, with a bitterish hint reminiscent of freshly toasted Arabica beans.
