Description
100% Chenin Blanc from a cooler north facing vineyard in the village of Saint Cyr en Bourg from vines more than 20 yo. Whole bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeast 80% in concrete vat and 20% in aged barrels before being blended and aged for 6 months on fine lees before bottling. Ripe orchard fruit aromatics with freshness and lift. Supple fresh and finely structured on the palate with medium body and bright acidity giving very good length. Bottled March 2024.
