On the nose, it offers an aromatic complexity where you can find fruity, floral, spicy aromas. After a supple attack, the mouth is structured with a beautiful amplitude (rounding around a dominant bittersweet). \n \nMade from 100% Apple juice fermented. \n \nTo consume as an aperitif or to accompany salads, fish or seafood.
